Thomas Sweder, MD is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and the University of Notre Dame. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Sweder is Board Eligible for the American Board of Family Practice.
